The Work That Reconnects

Join us for a workshop guided by the Work That Reconnects by author, activist and Buddhist Joanna Macy. We will be spiralling together, guided through gratitude and grief for our Earth and all beings during this time of uncertaininty. This will be a space to share your pain, grief, hopes, and inspirations for the world, and to be supported to ‘see with new eyes’ into the better future we can build together. We will begin with movement, then work in groups through some discussion questions, ending with a moment of stilness and nature connection outside on the land. Hope to see you there!
