Indeed! I recently started a journal where every morning, I take some time for reflection pre or after breakfast and then write three things I am grateful for, and it truly changes and improves the rest of my day. It doesn’t only boosts my immune system, but also the way I perceive the World in a more joyful way, it boots my hope to a more beautiful tomorrow, and also on its own manifests better things in my day, as being so energetically fresh and positive, it attracts the same. Starting the day by being grateful makes you a conqueror of happiness.
Thank you for reminding us of the importance of ritual in the mornings to set up our day with a positive notion. :D
It is easy to forget sometimes that even when things feel difficult inside our bodies and mind, there is so very much to be grateful for always. I am grateful for feeling brave and patient with myself today :] and I am grateful for the sun burning through the clouds bringing us some joy and lightness.
I am also grateful for having had the chance to say goodbye to my family home today, leaving that chapter in the past, moving on to greener pastures, and making space for the healing of old wounds.
