Yin yoga is an introspective practice that gives you the opportunity to go inward and nurture the calm and quiet centre that is innate in all of us. It is a practice of stillness and surrender. Journeying into the deeper layers of ourselves we can truly tune into the inner workings and sensations of our mind and body.
