Sharan been working within different conscious gathering spaces for almost two years, in different capacities. She is supporting with safeguarding, welfare and overseeing facilitators at Wider Horizons. She will also be offering a yoga session. She is a qualified counsellor, school teacher and yoga instructor. Currently, she is also a trainee psychotherapist. She has been on a spiritual path for a number of years now. A connection to God, family, friends, community and nature are very important to her. As well as taking care of her physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing, by partaking in her own regular practices and trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle in this modern, busy life 🧘🏽‍♀️🙏🏽

Just Be Slow Flow Yoga 

Sharan will be offering a slow flow yoga class which incorporates breathwork and mantra. It will be suitable for all abilities. It will enable participants to move through sequences of postures, which support strength, flexibility, endurance and improvement of posture. Yoga is best when incorporated as part of a daily movement meditation practice in one’s life 🙏🏽 This is a slow flow vinyasa yoga session to wake up the body gently.
