Bio
Sharan is a qualified yoga instructor, who completed my training in Rishikesh, India in 2018 and have been practising yoga for over 15 years. She is passionate about the practise and the integration of breathwork and mantra into my delivery. Her intention is that participants feel the multiple benefits of yoga, that she has herself, both on and off the mat.
Sharan – ‘ I was introduced to yoga by my mum when she was facing challenges and I feel that the practise brought me purpose and clarity. I have no doubt yoga contributed to supporting me in finding my direction and aiding me in the journey that is life!’
