Hayley-Reis Skerritt

Hayley-Reis is an embodiment facilitator, educator, and speaker whose work invites deep reconnection with the earth and with self. With a Master’s degree in Environmental Education and a degree in Journalism and Linguistics, she brings together ecology, story, and soul in all that she offers.

Born and raised in South Africa and now based in the United Kingdom, Hayley-Reis is on a journey of reconnection — to ancestral wisdom, to the land she walks, and to the cycles that shape our lives. Her approach is rooted in slow, intentional living and held in reverence for the natural world. She is a steward of regenerative practices that remind us of our place in the wider web of life.

Through her workshops and gatherings, Hayley-Reis creates gentle, embodied spaces for people to return to their inner knowing, plant new intentions, and rekindle their reciprocity with nature. Her work is a weaving of earth-based ritual, embodied presence, and practical care for people, planet and community.

Planting Seeds of Intention: A New Moon Ritual

A hands-on new moon ritual where you’ll set an intention, embody it through movement, and plant a seed to take home and nurture.

In this gentle and grounding workshop, we will begin with a guided meditation and embodiment practice to tune into the energies of the new moon and connect with our inner clarity. Participants will be invited to reflect on an intention they wish to bring into their lives. From this space, each person will choose a seed that resonates with their intention and physically plant it in a small container. This seed becomes a living symbol of commitment and care, something to nurture and grow beyond the workshop. As hands touch soil and intentions are set, we create a collective ritual that honours personal growth and the quiet power of beginnings.

Eco-Sensing: Attuning to Inner and Outer Landscapes

A guided practice in embodied eco-sensing to help you tune into the directions, landscapes, and subtle signals within and around you.

This workshop is an invitation to slow down and sense more deeply — to listen with the whole body to both the earth beneath you and the terrain within. We begin with an embodied meditation to soften into presence and open up to subtle signals from the land. With the guidance of a compass, we explore the significance of direction — where we are facing, where we have come from, and where we feel drawn. Through mindful movement, sensory awareness, and reflection, participants will begin to map both the outer landscape and their inner state. This session is not about reaching a destination, but about cultivating a practice — eco-sensing as a muscle we strengthen through attention, stillness, and relationship. Participants will leave with a simple yet powerful practice to continue developing their sensitivity and connection to the living world.
