John Beach aka DJ La Plage

Johnny La Plage Purveyor of fine tuneage Since 1989. After producing music and drumming for bands in the late 80’s Johnny first cut his teeth disco jockeying back in the early 90’s where he was warm for the big names likes of Danny Rampling & The Chemical Brothers (then the Dust Bros) at clubs & warehouse parties in London & Ibiza (where he lived between the two for 10 years), including playing at RAW, Cafe De Paris, Club UK, Home, Pushca, Turnmills, Job Club & Fabric, Pacha, Space & Aura. During the 90’s Johnny AKA John Beach set up Peters & Beach production company with Nigel Peters together they produced large events all over the world for music TV Fashion & film industries. Clients included Prada, YSL Gucci, MTV, Working Title Films, Channel 4, Film 4, Conde Nast.. to name but a few. John continued his DJ’ing career and was flown around the world to play at private parties & special events including, Aga Karn’s wedding Princess Zara Karn’s wedding , Trainspotting Party at Cannes film festival with Leftfield, André Balazs 50th at the opening of the Box NYC, Paul Smith’s wedding at the Tate modern, Jade Jaggar & Charlotte Tilbury wedding’s. Johnny has been musical director for Arkady Novikov’s London Mayfair restaurant & lounge “Novikov” for the past 7 years. The restaurant has become one of the most successful performing restaurant & bars in the world.
