Born from synchronicity and chance, Rizzy & the Gents are a high-voltage, forward thinking punk/rock band established in London.

They are fronted by East London’s own punk princess, Rizzy, and backed by a band of dynamic musical gentlemen.

Their sound is gritty yet glamorous, raw yet theatrical and their songs are a riot of high energy, hard truths, and sharp wit, delivering a cocktail of chaos, humanity, and unfiltered storytelling.

With electrifying live performances that blur the lines between punk rebellion and cabaret spectacle, Rizzy & the Gents invite you into their world—where the absurd meets the heartfelt, and every show feels like a glorious, emotional adventure.

An Open conversation about the journey towards sobriety

1hour 15 minutes workshop , Rizzy will tell a summarised version of their own journey towards sobriety and how they managed to create a better relationship with drugs & alcohol after many years of stuggling , successfully reaching 7 months sobriety and now able to hold space for others – we will go in a spiral share and everyone will get the chance to share at least twice – keeping sharing to a 2 minute minimum- this allows to people to find a sense of fellowship in others who have experience similar challenges and may be the space where sombody shares for the first time – everything in this meeting will be agreed to be completed confidential and not to leave the space afterwards!
