This is a conversational workshop on understanding the ego as a tool for spiritual enlightenment creating a clear path to authenticity. In this work shop Rizzy will share his personal journey of transformation and the tools he has discovered that has freed him from the chains of the self, we will discuss how the self is separate from our soul and how it shows up in various ways throughout our lives building awareness around the stories we tell ourselves , while crafting new ones that allow us to become the people we are destined to be.
