I have been practising yoga for over 15 years, after being introduced to it by my mum, with my most dedicated practice taking place over the last six years. For me, yoga has become a life style rather than just a physical practice and has served as a great comfort through challenging times. The focus on breath and meditation has enabled me to regain focus and balance at different points during my life. I began my teaching journey in 2018, when I trained in India (Rishikesh) and then returned to the UK to teach Vinyasa and Ashtanga. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and passing on the benefits I have experienced to the participants in my classes. At the gathering, I will offer a gentle flow class on Saturday morning, so join me for movement, breathing, tunes and good energy, to get your weekend off to a beautiful start ❤️
