Matt Gross will be teaching various martial movements focused on developing flexibility, strength and balance. You will also practise meditative breathing exercises to promote the flow of energy in your body (Chi-Gung).

Matt has been studying Chinese martial arts for 30 years. He is a fifth degree blackbelt and a direct student of Sifu Christopher Lai, the Grandmaster of Shaolin Gao Can Mun Nam Pai Chuan.
